Inclusive Behaviors Assessment

You have read the report. Now let us turn it into a path.

A report tells you where you stand. A conversation decides what you do about it. Your debrief call works through your results with Christopher and ends with a specific direction, sized to your actual life rather than to an ideal one.

Before we meet

Sit with it first. The call goes further when you have.

Give yourself time between reading your report and taking this call. Everyone processes differently. Some people need a few hours, some a few days, some a few weeks. What stays true is the sequence. The first read produces feelings. The second confirms them. It is usually the third or fourth time through that the questions rise up, and questions are what we work with. Hold the call within thirty days of receiving your report, while the reading is still live. Thirty minutes moves quickly, so arriving with your questions already formed is most of the preparation.

01

Read it more than once

Three or four passes, spaced out. Early reads land on the scores. Later reads land on the language, and that is where what you skimmed starts asking something of you.

02

Find the reading you resisted

Something in your report will feel wrong. Mark it. Whether the instrument missed or you did, that is often the most productive stretch of the call.

03

Test one behavior in real life

Pick a single element and pay attention to it for a week before we talk. Bring what you noticed. Lived evidence beats a remembered score.

04

Know what would make this worth it

Come with a sense of what you want to be true in ninety days. We build backward from there.

What to bring

  • Your report, open. We will move through it directly
  • The one element you keep returning to, and the one you would rather skip
  • Honest constraints. Your role, your influence, and what you can actually change
  • A place to write. You leave with a path, and paths are worth keeping

One thing this call is not. It is not a defense of your score. A lower reading is not failure. The progression is sequential. First we notice the behavior, then we practice it, and eventually we embody it. This call is about naming where you are and choosing what comes next.

After the call

The assessment is a baseline. The path is what you do with it.

You leave with a direction you chose rather than one you were handed. Some people take it from there on their own, and the framework is built so that you can. Others want a hand on the work over time. Either is a good outcome, and we will name which one fits before the call ends.
