How the Formula Works
Equity and Diversity each carry 25%. They build on each other — equitable systems need diverse people, and diverse people need fair systems.
Inclusion carries 50% of the weight. It's the multiplier — if people don't feel safe or heard, nothing else sticks.
Accessibility amplifies the final outcome. It determines whether belonging reaches everyone or only some people.
