Quick Assessment
The assessment is designed to help you understand where your organization stands across the four dimensions of belonging and to generate a personalized action roadmap for improvement.
You know your organization can do better — and you want to understand how. That clarity, that commitment, is exactly where every meaningful change begins. This assessment exists to meet you where you are and give you a clear, practical path forward. Nothing more, nothing less.
This tool is designed to help you understand your current state — honestly and clearly — so you can make a real plan to improve. It is not a punishment. It is not a report card. It is a starting point. The most helpful thing you can do is answer honestly about where your organization actually is today.
Your score is shared only between you and Innovation Unbiased. Answer as honestly as you can about where your organization actually is today — not where you hope to be, or where you think you should be. That honesty is what makes this useful.
There is no score too low to start from. When you complete the assessment, you will receive a personalized action roadmap with specific, practical next steps tailored to your results. Innovation Unbiased is here to help you use it.
How to Score Each Question
For each question, pick the number (0 through 5) that best describes where your business is today. Be honest — this works best when you answer based on what is actually happening, not what you hope to do.
They each carry 20% of the score. Equitable systems need diverse people — and diverse people need fair systems. Without this foundation, belonging has nothing to stand on.
They each carry 30% of the score and work together to lift the entire belonging experience. Inclusion is the lived human experience — whether people know they are safe, heard, and valued every day. Accessibility is the reach — whether that experience is available to everyone, not just some.
Think of it this way: Equity and Diversity build the house. Inclusion and Accessibility determine who gets to live in it — and whether they truly know they belong there.
